Established in 2023, PRC Pinoy Taste was born from a simple craving — the longing for the authentic taste of home.
Living in the United States, we struggled to find longanisa, especially the famous Ilocos longanisa, that truly captured the flavor we grew up with in the Philippines. After many attempts and countless taste tests in our own kitchen, we finally developed our own version that brought back that nostalgic, authentic taste we were searching for.
We are Marlon and Ginalyn, a husband-and-wife team passionate about sharing Filipino flavors with our community. What started as a personal mission to recreate the taste of home soon became something we wanted to share with fellow Filipinos and anyone who loves delicious, homemade food.
Our brand name PRC Pinoy Taste is very special to us. PRC stands for the initials of our three wonderful boys: Peyton, Raphael, and Castiel — the inspiration behind our hard work and dedication.
