- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PRC Pinoy Taste’s services, website, mobile app, and ordering platforms (collectively “Services”). By ordering, purchasing, or using our Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Business

3. Definitions
“Customer,” “you,” and “your” mean the person using our Services. “Order” means any purchase placed with PRC Pinoy Taste.
4. Orders, Acceptance & Pricing
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason (e.g., stock, pricing errors, delivery issues).
- Prices shown include applicable taxes where indicated but exclude delivery fees unless stated.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors at any time.
5. Payment
- Payment must be made in full at time of order through accepted methods listed on our site.
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees related to your Order.
- If payment is declined, we may cancel your Order.
6. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to logistics, weather, or third-party services.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery (or pickup) to the address you supplied.
- You must inspect orders on delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any problem (missing, incorrect, or damaged items).
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations allowed only as stated at time of order. Perishable food items may not be refundable once prepared or dispatched.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Promotional, discounted, or specially prepared items may be non-refundable.
8. Food Safety, Allergies & Dietary Info
- We prepare food in shared facilities. Cross-contamination may occur. Inform us of allergies; however, we cannot guarantee any item is free from allergens.
- Nutritional and ingredient information is provided as a guide and may vary. You assume responsibility for dietary choices.
9. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized account use unless caused by our gross negligence.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and materials are owned by or licensed to PRC Pinoy Taste. You may not copy, modify, or use them without prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
- We may provide links to third-party sites or use third-party delivery services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or performance.
12. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRC Pinoy Taste’s liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PRC Pinoy Taste and its affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, government actions).
15. Modification & Termination
- We may update these Terms at any time; updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for breach or for any lawful reason.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America. Disputes will be resolved by good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they may be submitted to the appropriate courts.
17. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms remain in effect.
18. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PRC Pinoy Taste regarding the Services.
